The security deposit is equal to 1 months’ rent.

We are a non-smoking complex. Smoking permitted outside.

All 1 bedroom/1bath, and 2bedroom/1baths (Style A & B) have 8 apartments in every secure locked building.

There is a laundry facility on the first floor of every 1 Bedroom/Style A & B building with 1 coin-operated washer and dryer for 8 apartments.

Each apartment is equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and 1 wall air conditioner.

The 2bedroom/2bath apartments come equipped with refrigerator, stove dishwasher, garbage disposal, 1 wall air conditioner, and full size washer and dryer. These apartments have a private entrance and a 1 car attached garage.

There are no basements in any of the buildings. Outside storage is included on each patio or balcony.

Garages can be rented for an additional fee depending on availability.

Every building has off-street parking, with most lots, parking is on a first come first serve basis. No Guest is allowed to park in any of the lots. Guest parking is permitted on the street.

Utilities included: water, sewer, trash, and recycling.

Tenants pay for electric. The heat is electric baseboard heat, with each room being controlled with its own thermostat. There is no gas on the property.
